I'm Tharra — a product and technology leader who believes leadership is mostly about growing the people around you. Wherever I've worked, I've made time to mentor, teach, and pass on what I've learned, because the best teams outlast any one person's tenure.

I got here the unusual way: a computer science degree, two companies founded, and roles that ranged from 0→1 founder to leading teams inside larger organizations. That range taught me the same lesson everywhere — a leader's real job is to make the people around them better, not just to hit the number. I coach, I mentor, and I'm happiest when someone I've worked with goes on to do something bigger than what we built together.

Based in Jakarta, open to remote and on-site roles across Southeast Asia and beyond. Off the clock I'm usually running, hiking, chasing down the right pair of shoes, or in a coffee chat with someone figuring out their next move.
